The AWO Refugees Social Service supports and advises on matters relating to content and formalities concerning the asylum procedure, social welfare and immigration matters, dealing with authorities and offices, processing the escape fate, dealing with everyday life in a foreign country, visiting kindergarten and school, the acquisition of knowledge of the German language, the search for an apartment, a job or training place, the management of family crises, the development of a meaningful life perspective and a possible voluntary return or migration.
