Klösterle
The Klösterle is the oldest building in the city of Stuttgart. The house is located in the district Bad Cannstatt and was built in 1463. Visitors of the city will certenly have a look on it since it is located in the very well-frequented pedestrian zone in the inner city of Bad Cannstatt. The building was originally built to serve as a home for the Beguines. This is a liberal women's order, which has lived without the usual, strict order rules. In the course of the construction, a Gothic chapel was integrated into the building, which makes it unique in Europe today.
