Roman Catholic Church in Germany

The Roman Catholic Church in Germany is one of the two largest and the oldest Christian denomination in Germany. As with the Protestant Church the duties of the Catholic Church include also other fields of activity besides weddings and baptism such as pastoral care and counselling or participation in culture, media and society.
