The Administrative Court is the highest court of administrative jurisdiction in the Free State. The task of administrative judicial review is the effective guarantee of legal protection. If a person is violated by his rights, he is entitled to legal action. The administrative jurisdiction serves the protection of the citizen against unlawful administrative measures.
