Wilhelma Zoo in Stuttgart: from monkey to zebra. The Wilhelma is the only zoological-botanical garden in Germany and unique in the world thanks to its unique combination of an animal park, a botanical garden and a historical park. Visitors can experience around 8.000 animals in almost 1.000 species and more than 6.000 species of plants - in the middle of a former royal garden with the flair of 1001 nights. Therfore each visit is not only an exciting expedition into the animal and plant kingdom, but also a small time trip into the history of the country.
